The Hot-Dip Galvanized steel gabion box is made of heavy galvanized wire, the mesh shape is hexagonal style. It is also called stone basket net, steel gabion sacks, steel gabion cage, steel gabion mattress, gabion gasket, etc. The steel gabion boxes are used widely in slope protection, foundation pit supporting, mountain rock holding, river and dams scour protection.
Gabion boxes shall be supplied in various lengths, widths and heights. In order to strengthen the boxes, all the edges of the structure shall be selvedged with wire of bigger diameter.
